We can't thank Olivia enough for all her help with our house sale. We had a long and complicated chain and Olivia was always on hand to advise, reassure, follow up, chase, whatever we needed. Nothing was too much trouble and her communication was brilliant - even though she was busy she was incredibly responsive which made such a difference when stressful issues cropped up. We really valued her approach to viewings, potential buyers and pricing too as it took a lot of the unpleasantness and pressure out of the process as well as getting us great buyers who stuck with us despite lengthy delays up the chain. Most reviews here are from those selling a property, so I just wanted to add from a buyer's point of view that Olivia did a fantastic job. Olivia was amazing in keeping us informed and ensuring that things were moving forward. Olivia Kemp is a superb estate agent.
Because she is a personal estate agent the customer is able to have more control of the sale or purchase of a property. You get instant feedback, everything seems very straight forward and you know where you stand at every turn. With the larger estate agents the response can be much slower and it can be really frustrating.
Olivia is really personable, very thorough and always at the end of the telephone. She has a good eye for photography and shows properties in their best light.

Perfect, Just perfect in every aspect.
Our home was for sale with another local agent (b-fords) for over a month with no hint of a sale and a less than acceptable service from them.

We switched to Olivia and the difference was night and day!!  Olivia sold our home within a week!  I put this down to her being super proactive, presenting our home fantastically online and also when showcasing it to potential buyers and her being incredibly approachable and friendly!
